The following are considered Non-Emergency: rules violations, questions about your account balances, open or inoperable gates, programming phone number into visitor call box, architectural requests, pool issues, water sprinkler issues, or other issues.
After-Hours Emergency Maintenance support is available by calling (713) 600-4000. Emergency related matters include: broken water line, sewer back-up, downed tree, overflowing pool. A roof leak, while urgent, is not an emergency call and cannot be repaired until after a rain event and during daytime hours.
If there is a fire, dial 9-1-1. Loud music, noisy neighbors, and trespassing should be reported to the police.
Please remember, each individual owner is responsible for maintenance inside their own unit (A/C, water leaks, electrical, etc.) so you will need to contact a maintenance professional on your own if you are experiencing this type of problem.
